Expect updates, as changes are likely!   Below is what we are planning so far!!

Friday, January 6th 2023: 

Some of us will be coming from New England, others will be arriving from other parts of the country, and maybe we'll even have some international Gatherers coming in!! 

3pm:  C'mon and get here already!!  Check In at our Winter Gathering Welcome Table to receive your passes, hug our team, and submit your song request for the weekend.  Head to the front desk to check in to your room, (for those of you who are overnight Gatherers), and sign up for your dinner time!

4pm:  Come to the bar, clink a glass with us, and meet some of your fellow Gatherers

5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm, 7pm* - Dining Room:  Dinner
* We will be eating together each night, and to make this more manageable for Lake Morey Resort's amazing staff, we will be dining in shifts throughout the weekend.  Make sure to reserve your dinner seating time when you check in, or if you want first dibs on the seating time of your choice you may call the resort ahead of time at 1-800-423-1211. 

8pm - Terrace Ballroom:  Adam Ezra Group - All Requests…No Repeats!!

After Hours:  Bar's open til midnight.  The stars will be out.  We'll be surrounded by fellow-Gatherers.  Noone needs to drive anywhere.  Just remember to pace yourself!  💪

Saturday, January 7th 2023:  

8am-10am - Dining Room:  Come enjoy Lake Morey Resort's DELICIOUS breakfast buffet!  (This is no Holiday Inn contnental breakfast...not that there's anything wrong with that 🙂) 

10am - Morey Room:  Acoustic Session with Adam 
Grab another coffee or tea, (or perhaps something stronger), and hang with Adam for a few…

12pm-5:30pm:  Flextime - Do your own thing! 
We will be providing your breakfasts and dinners, and if you would like to purchase lunch at the resort, it will be available at the Steamboat Lounge or the Clubhouse.  They will be open from 12pm-3pm daily.  (Note: the grill typically closes at 2pm/2:30pm, but the Clubhouse bar will be open until 5pm).  They will also have a small ice rink (weather permitting) for skating, as the big ice on the lake will most likely not be ready yet.  

Enjoy  the seasonal outdoor activities available in Fairlee, VT!  (Recommendations will be available at our welcome table).  Outdoor activities are of course weather dependent, but no matter what the weather is doing, there are always fun activities to be tackled in this beautiful place...just make sure to bring proper outdoor gear!! 

Take advantage of the resort's indoor amenities such as swimming in the indoor pool (no lifeguard on duty), billiards, ping-pong, card room, movie theater, fitness center, and more!

Sunday, January 8th 2023:  

8am-10am - Dining Room:  Breaky!!  (After Saturday's breakfast you know you don't want to miss this...🥞) 

10am - Morey Room:  Acoustic Session with Adam 
Post-breakfast, have another coffee or tea (or perhaps something stronger), and hang with Adam.  Rumor has it Supergirl might be hangin as well…

12pm-5:30pm:  Flextime! 
Take advantage of our last afternoon in this awesome place with these awesome people.

Monday, January 9th 2023 (Our Last Morning...So Sad!!!):  

8am-10am - Dining Room:  You're gonna miss these breakfasts... 

10am - Morey Room:  Acoustic Session with Adam
Post-breakfast, have another coffee or tea, hang with Adam and spend our last morning together.  It will be so sad to think about leaving…obviously Corinna will be stopping by for some sad songs.  😭😩😞🥺😢  

11am*:  Check Out for Overnight Gatherers 
*Make sure you’re checked out before 10am if you want to catch Adam’s full show! 

12pm:  Final Goodbyes  ❤️❤️ WE'LL MISS YOU!! ❤️❤️
